When things are calm and your healthcare is normal, proactively forming a relationship with an advocate can be advantageous if (or when) a more critical or complex health crisis emerges.
Experienced advocates may provide as a sounding board for any questions or issues you may have, guiding you through alternatives and directing you to useful resources and referrals. If/when you hit a snag, you'll almost certainly get better treatment sooner and more efficiently.

Require some direction and advice but not extensive help and supervision. Who are working with a number of specialists and want to maintain continuity of treatment, but require help developing a connection or communicating with a physician or specialist. They want to understand how to improve their health and are health-conscious and proactive in their wellness and want to be better prepared for a critical or emergency healthcare issue.

We'll go through your medical history, conditions, and medications in further depth after our initial visit. Provide routine/low-urgency contact and coordination of care with primary care doctors and specialists; attend outpatient medical visits as needed; Administrative coordination includes sending and receiving forms, authorizations, and letters, as well as maintaining them. We can help with things like routine/low-urgency decision assistance, general resource and referral guidance, health education, and preventative health and wellness planning.
