Your Health is our only concern

At Delmarva Patient Advocacy Group, we have a structured approach to helping you achieve your healthcare goals. It all starts with an Introductory Consultation, where we get to know you and understand the challenges you face.
Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we develop a personalized plan of action. This includes gathering resources and providing referrals that will help you overcome your healthcare challenges.
Initially, most clients opt for Level 1 or Level 2 services for a period of 3 - 6 months. These services are more intensive and comprehensive. After this initial phase, clients can choose to continue with our lower-intensity maintenance plans, which are both cost-effective and suitable for long-term support.
During your Introductory Consultation, we will discuss all available options in detail, so you can make an informed decision about the level of service that suits your needs.
Our aim is not to keep you dependent on our services indefinitely. We believe in empowering our clients to become self-sufficient. Through education, guidance, and connection to available resources, our goal is to help you reach a point where our assistance is no longer necessary.
At Delmarva Patient Advocacy Group, we are committed to your success in achieving your healthcare goals.
